Deborah Lindemann

Deborah Lindemann is the Managing Director of Adelhelm Australia, a workplace and industrial relations consultancy firm that proactively works to create better relationships between management and staff. Commencing a generalist HR career in Germany, Deborah then specialised in Industrial Relations and now has over 13 years’ experience in operational and strategic IR management in Australia. She has worked across various industries including automotive manufacturing, maritime, transport and logistics, utility services, law enforcement, pharmaceutical and agricultural manufacturing, hospitality, and federal and state government, and has two Masters degrees in Workplace and Employment Law (Australia) and International Business and Culture (Germany). Deborah has been with Adelhelm Australia since 2017.
